Kevin Hart didn’t hold back in this tweet, recounting a moment when he was stopped by a cop while driving. When requested to take a sobriety test, he said he informed the cop he was wasting his time because he had been drinking and wasn’t fit to drive. That’s a strange thing to admit to the public on Twitter, but Kevin Hart isn’t known for being dull or conventional, is he?
