Youngsters carrying water
Two young children are seen in this image bringing plastic water jugs home. These kinds of images are not permitted by the North Korean government. They run counter to the narratives of affluent, content citizens. They did not want him to take it, despite the photographer’s explanation that poverty existed in all nations, including his own.
